00:00Sergio Petrucci is the founder of the Red Sky Foundation and a local lad. What are we doing?
00:06We're bringing back the fireworks to Ashbrook Sports Club. It's something that we've been really, really keen to do to give something back to the community.
00:15For many, many years families have enjoyed coming here on Bonfire Night and enjoying the spectacular firework display.
00:21Sadly it disappeared over eight years ago but it's something that we want to bring back.
00:26It's an opportunity for us to raise money and put some money back into the club. There's also support from the Red Sky Foundation as well.
00:33We are encouraging as many people as possible to buy a ticket and come down with their family and enjoy the display.
00:39We're going to have lots of fantastic rides. We've got entertainment on and there isn't anybody better that can put a great party on like the Red Sky Foundation.
00:47So we'll have food vendors, street food, a selection of drinks outside out on the rugby field there where they will be launching the fireworks on Bonfire Night.
00:57So come on, get yourself down. You can buy your tickets on redskyfoundation.com and we'll give you the warm welcome that we know that you deserve.
01:05What are the ticket prices?
01:07The tickets for adults are £7.50 and children are £5 and babes in arms are free of charge.
01:15Ellie Haley-Stevenson is part of the management team here at Ashbrook Cricket Club.
01:20We're under new management. How excited are we to have the fireworks back?
01:24We can't wait to have the fireworks back. It's going to be a big night for the club hopefully and for the Red Sky Foundation.
01:30We've got renovations being completed so we've got a brand new bar, brand new line up of beers, brand new toilets.
01:38Everything's new and we're just hoping that it starts to bring more people in the community back into the club and using our facilities.
