00:49If something me personally if something isn't working, I need to understand why it's not working
00:54I go in depth into it. So if my car doesn't start I need to know why it's just the thing for me

01:08But me personally I'd like to know but you can always call a mechanic
01:12You can always call an expert to come in and help you out
01:15So making sure that your things are running smoothly. You don't have to call that guy out, right?
