00:00First of all, we must say that the advent of sanitary funds has already changed the approach of the user with sanitary funds and with health in general.
00:16Therefore, sanitary funds have been structured. In this structuring, today we are talking about 10 years of ANSIM, we have gone through several phases, all of which, in evolution, have led to a great relationship of loyalty between the user and the fund.
00:33This means that we are approaching a new world for health, which has been working well for years, but it gives the impression that the previous sanitary model did not go very well.
00:48The current one has some problems, but the future is based on this mutualistic activity, because on the one hand the company contributes, the worker contributes, and then with the fund the health benefits are given back to the worker.
01:05Therefore, it is a way that also works as a flywheel for health, where there is also the possibility of going to the private sector and being reimbursed, and therefore sometimes it also means overcoming those lines, those discomforts with coups, etc.
01:22I think that it is a different mentality to deal with health with more hands, that is, on the one hand the private sector, on the other hand the funds, on the other hand the insurance, on the other hand the public. So it's all a new model, but a necessary model.
01:39The needs of the citizens, of the users, change. There is also a need for greater prevention for the whole issue of diseases, also in relation to professional diseases. So it is a health that changes because the needs change and because above all it must also change the way in which we take better care of the person and therefore the workers take better care of their own.
02:03Think that in our sector there are a lot of women who work, about 70%, so this also means facing a lot of pathologies, a lot of particularities, these people who sometimes do basic jobs, so they do cleaning, they do services, and sometimes they can't go to a professional specialist. So with the funds this is possible.
