00:00A two-year-old girl was killed in Tondo, Manila, after a pickup truck ran over her neighbor's car.

00:09The victim refused to speak.

00:16While the children were playing in Masinop Street in Tondo, Manila,

00:20they saw a two-year-old girl, Jiza, walking alone from her grandfather's house.

00:27Jiza was about to cross the road when a pickup truck ran over her neighbor's car.

00:33The child fell down the road and was completely rolled over by the car.

00:38The driver did not notice that the child was in front of the car.

00:44When he left, he ran over the child.

00:48This is a reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.

00:54Jiza was brought to the hospital when he was injured, but he was declared dead on arrival.

01:00Jiza's mother's heart was broken when she heard that the child, who is considered a miracle baby of the family,
