Venezuela: Pres. Maduro announces changes in armed forces' general staff

Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro announced changes to the general staff of the Bolivarian national armed forces in order to continue to guarantee the independence, security, and peace of Venezuela. The Venezuelan head of state informed the ratification of general in chief Vladimir Padrino Lopez as minister of people's power for defense, and general in chief Domingo Antonio Hernández Larez as head of the strategic operational command.
