00:00A monster in the water that has an immortal body?
00:05A fish that can swim?
00:08A stick that can be held?
00:11Can you swim in this water?
00:19In this house, is there a monster in the water?
00:24May I have a word?
00:26Creator, that animal is called Axolotl and I took care of it.
00:31My girlfriend always sends me pictures and videos of Axolotl.
00:37I was intrigued by their looks.
00:41What intrigued me about keeping Axolotl is the way they look.
00:45They are cute and their regeneration is a good feature.
00:50Axolotl is an aquatic type of salamander.
00:54It is also called a Mexican walking fish.
00:58Even though it is not a fish, it is an amphibian.
01:01Meaning, it cannot live in water or on land.
01:04They have feathery external gills on the opposite side of their head
01:08that gives them oxygen.
01:11Adult Axolotl has lungs but they still use their gills for breathing.
01:17If that's the case, it's just an animal.
01:20Why is their body immortal?
01:21Well, their regeneration comes naturally.
01:26Other body parts grow again.
01:28They can also replace body tissues like skin, bone, cartilage, muscle, and stem cells.
01:34Just like a salamander.
01:36But this next sea creature, I'm sure you are more afraid of.
01:41It's a fish in the water.
01:43That's Albino, the fish that lives in our house.
01:47The question is, is it really a fish?
01:49So, calm down.
01:51Is it a fish or an eel?
01:53We were taking a break and my cousin suddenly texted me
01:57that they caught an eel of a different color.
02:01So, he sent me the video and we liked its color.
02:09At that time, we went and got it right away.
02:14What they caught in the water is an Albino Eel.
02:19Because of their love for fish, Melissa chose an eel as their pet.
02:25Their pigmentation is depressed but their functions are still normal.
02:30It's just the color.
02:34Melissa's plan is to protect Albino.
02:39This is the last sea creature.
02:43They look cute, but something smells fishy.
02:49Because they are not all of them, we can mix them up.
02:56It's not painful.
02:59A kid drowned in a pond because of a Dikya or Jellyfish.
03:04It's possible that it can still be killed.
03:06We are still trying to drive.
03:08We bought a CTR to revive the kid, but unfortunately, it didn't happen.
03:15Despite the name, Jellyfish are not fish.
03:19They are invertebrates or backbones.
03:22They don't have a brain and a heart.
03:25They have a jelly-like body that looks like a bell or an anvil.
03:29This is where their tentacles are attached.
03:32Cyphozoans or the true jellyfish can eat microscopic animals or zooplankton.
03:41Box jellyfish, a class of Cyphozoa, use their long tentacles to catch large prey such as fish.
03:55Their tentacles are armed with tiny stinging cells called cnidocytes.
04:00These cnidocytes produce nematocysts or tiny stingers that carry venom.
04:05There are two main functions of their tentacles.
04:10One is to catch their prey.
04:14The other is to defend themselves.
04:18Box jellyfish, or as we call it, is one of the most dangerous species of jellyfish.
04:25Box jellyfish have severe stings.
04:29Box jellyfish can cause denominations or stings.
04:32You can be hospitalized or you can die.
04:37What if there are jellyfish that will leave a painful mark if they are close to us?
04:42What if I tell you that there is a place in the Philippines where you can still smell the quote-unquote stingless jellyfish?
04:53Here in Sohoton Cove National Park, jellyfish are yummy to tourists.
05:00Two and a half hours away from the island of Siargao,
05:04one of the few locations in the world where you can interact with friendly stingless jellyfish.
05:10Jellyfish here don't have stings.
05:13But according to an expert, box jellyfish still have stinging cells that live in the lagoon.
05:20Nevertheless, there is nothing to be afraid of.
05:22In this vast ocean, we can't count the sea creatures that live here.
05:29That's why we should know them and protect them from a distance.
05:33And give them the right space and respect to live peacefully.
