00:27This is currently being discussed by the Department of Agriculture of the Philippines
00:31and the Ministry of Primary Industries of New Zealand.
00:34On behalf of New Zealand, Prime Minister Christopher Lakson
00:37has asked them to export their onions to the Philippines
00:40and to import pineapple from the Philippines to their country.
00:46Meanwhile, the Bureau of Customs' collection has reached Php 690 billion
00:51from January to September this year.
00:54According to the BOC, it is more than 4% higher than their collection at the same time in 2023.
01:01However, it is lower by 0.44%
01:04than the target set by the DBCC or Development Budget Coordination Committee.
01:10The Department of Tourism and DILG is working to form a tourist court
01:16to resolve the cases or incidents that are involving tourists.
01:22The DOT and DILG have reached an agreement
01:25on the places that are visited by tourists under the project.
01:29The PNP and DILG will prioritize the cases involving tourists
01:34and will endorse it in the upcoming tourist courts.
