00:37I just sit in front of the computer for more than 10 hours or 12 hours.
00:43I don't have much physical activity.

00:57This community helped a lot to push my fitness journey further.
01:04I work out in the gym and all, but this run is more on my cardio mode.
01:09The founder of the club, Bianca Yau, or Bianca Cake, admitted that she sits for 8 hours and plays on the computer.

01:29The goal of this club, the Gamer's Run Club, is to promote health and wellness among gamers.

01:43This sedentary lifestyle is not healthy according to an endocrinologist.
