00:00Hello, I'm Councillor Sophie Cox. I'm the leader of Worthing Borough Council.

00:04My priorities for Worthing are to regenerate our beautiful coastal town.

00:09We've got lots we can do. We're looking at the housing, regenerating some of our sites

00:13such as Union Place and Teville Gate which has been long overdue.

00:17We've got the Montague Place development starting soon to bring a lovely green park to the centre of the town.

00:23Our priorities are mainly on using our finances as wisely as we can

00:27and to look at addressing the temporary and emergency accommodation of lots of people who need housing in our area.
