00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05use Microsoft Yammer for Office 365 on a Mac computer. Tutorial 14, move files to
00:12a folder. Without further ado, let us start the video. In this tutorial, you need to
00:17have access to a Mac computer, have access to an account for Microsoft Office 365.
00:20This can be for World School of Business. So we're gonna start this tutorial. Let's
00:24now go down to the dock. Go to Launchpad. Go to the web browser which is
00:29Google Chrome in this case. Now go to office.com. Make sure you are signed into
00:34the account. Now go to the left hand side navigation menu. Click on applications. Go
00:38to all apps. Now go all the way to the bottom of the screen to explore all the
00:42applications. Now let's go to Yammer. Let's just wait for that to load. Once
00:48that has loaded, now go to the left hand side navigation menu. Within my
00:52communities, go to all company. Let's go to files. From the previous tutorial, I
01:01did demonstrate to you how to create a folder which is documents 1. If we click
01:07on this folder, you can see that the folder contains nothing, no files. Let's
01:13go back a folder. Now let's click on 1, 2, 3, 4 files and we will look to move
01:23them all together or we can move them individually. If I were to click on the
01:30Excel file, three dots, move to documents 1. Let's click on this and move here. The
01:40Excel file should now have moved to documents 1. If I were to go back one
01:46folder, back to Yammer, let's click on three files all at once. So the Word
01:54document, the PDF file and the PowerPoint presentation. Now let's go to the three
01:59dots. We can click on move to. Let's click on documents 1. Move here and the three
02:08files that we moved or uploaded to Yammer have now been moved to the
02:17documents 1 folder. So that's how you move files to a folder within Yammer,
02:23within your account. So we can now quit Google Chrome. So that's it for this
02:29video. I'll see you guys on my next tutorial. Thanks for now. Thank you for
02:35making it towards the end of the video. Be sure to subscribe to my channel
