00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to

00:05use Microsoft Yammer for Office 365 on a Mac computer. Tutorial 2, posting a status

00:12update as well as sharing your thoughts. Without further ado, let us start the

00:17video. So in this tutorial, you need to have access to a Mac computer, have

00:21access to an account for Microsoft Office 365. Now this company who works for the

00:25business. So we can now start the tutorial. Let's now go down to the dock, go to launch

00:30plan, go to the web browser which is Google Chrome in this case. Now go to

00:33office.com, wait for that to load, make sure you are signed into the account. Now go to

00:38the left hand side navigation menu, click on all applications, go to all apps, go to

00:42the bottom, explore all your applications, navigate to the application Yammer. Let's

00:51just wait for that to load and now we are within the home feed. What we can now

00:57do is go to the box where we have share thoughts, ideas or updates. In this box, we

01:05will look to post a status update. We could share our thoughts, ideas or give

01:10the company an update as to what is happening. So let's now type

01:21a status update. Computer science videos is the best. So we can now click on post.

01:30We would have to select the community before posting the message, add community or the

01:36company, click on post and now this has been posted to our Yammer profile the same way

01:45it would be posted if we were on Facebook or any other social media account. So once

01:55you post this status update, all your company will be notified as to what is happening depending

02:02on what you have added to your Yammer profile. So what we would then need to do is wait before

02:09we receive the interactions, whether it's a like, a comment or share. So we can now

02:15quit Google Chrome. And so that's it for this video. I'll see you guys in another tutorial.
