00:00The use of 3D and the reality means that we are able to assess major planning applications much

00:11means that we can actually share the developments that are going to happen across our skyline
00:15with residents and really showcase the huge amounts of investments that's coming into our
00:20city to actually showcase to residents. A lot of the stuff we're doing at the moment is bringing
00:26the life to the geospatial data, bringing it into that third dimension.
00:30Ideally in the future we might get planning officers having headsets,
00:34virtual reality headsets, walking around the city, and some of this has already been in
00:38testing actually, walking around the city being able to visualize exactly where they are,
00:42making decisions, using their hands to bring in new buildings into that virtual reality environment
00:47and that's hugely exciting for everyone involved.
