00:00I think that it's been incredible how the King went immediately to Cancer Research UK.
00:06That was just unbelievable and really facing it and talking to people and again it's back
00:11to empathy and understanding and I think that was a beautiful moment and I think that is
00:16exactly what's needed is to really speak about it.
00:20The Prince and Princess were at Southport today, they're incredible people.
00:27When you saw that video, the family video released which went around the world in seconds,
00:33I'm sure, I don't know whether you got to that before it went out, how do you react
00:36to something like that which is very personal?
00:38So moving and I think I'm like everybody else here in Britain, we are so proud and so supportive
00:46and I know my mother-in-law would have been so supportive and it's just very hard when
00:53you go through, facing all the things you face in my mastectomy and my melanoma, I know
01:00how hard it is to have such courage.
01:02Can I ask you one more question about that and then I promise you we'll talk about the book.
01:06Watch it Dan, I might not answer you.
01:09Okay, alright.
01:10So don't push it, otherwise you'll get the Duchess back.
01:13Okay, right, okay, I want to keep Sarah, I'm enjoying Sarah.
01:16Sarah's here.
01:17Sarah's here.
01:18Because also today is World Mental Health Day and when you were in those dark places
01:24with cancer, where do you, as a member of the Royal Family, where do you turn to?
01:28Is it faith?
01:29Is it family?
01:30Is it friends?
01:31Because we all get those times, those days, those moments where we need a bit of help,
01:34we need somebody to talk to.
01:35But it's also World Psych Day and I think it's really important that it's not just about
01:45the mental health of life.
01:46I think that we are all going at such speed.
01:50It's really mindful, to be mindful that we can see or we can hear or we're still alive,
01:57which is why I started today with I'm so lucky and grateful.
02:01I think that it's, I think the most important thing is to remain human and to have humility
02:09about being human.
02:10It doesn't matter titled or not titled.
02:13It's still the same journey of learning the compassion of your heart and really going
02:18into that sense of how do I feel?
02:20Who am I?
02:22And then if I could have, instead of self-fool, you go into self-love, to be able to put on
02:27the oxygen mask to help others.
02:28I think the Princess has done a beautiful job of really looking and getting out there
02:34today is such a brave, courageous move.
02:37And I'm just completely and utterly wonderful to see that.
02:40And it will inspire and help those poor families.
02:44And that's what we should be looking at is courage and courage and courage.
