00:45So we'd kind of bought this as a renovation project.
00:55This living space is everything.

01:00Like I always said, I wanted a house where you can look out, see the kids when they're
01:04playing outside.
01:05Like, I love a big entertaining area.
01:08Yeah, it's just perfect.
01:11It's honestly my dream house.
01:14From the second you walk in the front door, we've kind of created a space that brings
01:20you back to earth and kind of is a grounding space because our world is so crazy.
01:26It is definitely a house that makes you feel nice in the world.
01:37I didn't realise how convenient living here is, like it's so close to everywhere we needed
01:42to go.
01:43It is really just that kind of, you know, perfect location pin drop on one of the most
01:49beautiful streets in Hamilton South.
