00:00All right.
00:07This week, there are a lot of options out on the waiver wire to help us out.
00:12That doesn't pertain to quarterback.
00:14We, you know, I like to give you help all I can.
00:17This week, it's tough.
00:19The best option out there is Daniel Jones, 9% owned.
00:23I don't love it.
00:24I don't think he's very good.
00:25I have been very aggressive in my thinking that he is not good.
00:29But the Bengals defense have been giving up some big games so far.
00:33And he's kind of the best option that is out there.
00:37So maybe keep an eye on Derek Carr's injury situation.
00:40They have a, I seem to recall them having a pretty good matchup.
00:43I didn't write it down, nor did I apparently lock it into the old memory box here.
00:49But I, that is one coming off of the injury late in the game.
00:53Yeah, they got Tampa Bay.
00:55That one, I think could be a matchup that he is able to exploit a little bit.
00:59So I think that there is something you can take away from that one.
01:02So if Derek Carr is healthy and available, I would do that over Daniel Jones.
01:06But like Andy Dalton and some of the other ones, a lot of teams I have seen now, a lot
01:11of quarterbacks who are available aren't very good.
01:15And a lot of teams have kind of scooped up some backups as this season has gone on.
01:19At wide receiver, we got a bunch.
01:2120% owned, Alec Pierce.
01:23He made some big plays in the deep passing game.
01:25He is a little boom or bust.
01:27But whether it is Flacco or whether it is Anthony Richardson, this team really likes
01:31to push the football down the field.
01:34And so you are not going to get big target games for this kid.
01:37But he has, I think, some game breaking ability.
01:40And so if you are in a spot where you need a home run swing this week, he's a pretty
01:44good home run swing to take.
01:46Trey Tucker of the Vegas Raiders at 18% owned.
01:50He's had at least five targets in each of the last three weeks.
01:53They are trying to get him the football.
01:55He is one of their, and I always hated these types, the, oh, just get him the football
02:00in space and look what he can do.
02:01It's like, yeah, that's everyone, man.
02:04That's football.
02:06So that analysis always bugged me.
02:09And that was the justification for taking a lot of players when it really shouldn't
02:12have been.
02:13But Trey Tucker is a very quick receiver.
02:16And I think that we are going to see maybe a little bit more of an expansion of his role
02:20as it becomes very apparent that Devontae Adams isn't coming back for the Raiders.
02:25And so they're going to start to, I think, work him in as a legitimate number two.
02:29Now he's the obvious number three in the passing game behind Jacobi Myers and Brock Bowers,
02:34but he provides a speed element that those two guys, not that Myers is slow or even Bowers
02:40being slow, but those guys don't have what he has.
02:42And also they have run it with him a couple of times out of the backfield.
02:46I could see a little bit more because they do not have like Thunder and Lightning.
02:51That was the old thing.
02:52They have three running backs that are all Thunder.
02:54They have no Lightning.
02:56And even the Thunder is just a little bit of a...
02:59Like there isn't...
03:00The running backs suck in Vegas, is what I'm trying to tell you.
03:02And Trey Tucker, I think, I don't think he becomes a featured back or anything like that,
03:06but I do think that they look to get him the football a little bit more as the seasons
03:09go on.
03:10Michael Wilson.
03:1113% owned.
03:12I keep telling people about this kid.
03:14At least six targets in the last three weeks.
03:17Double digit points in two of those three weeks.
03:20He is the clear number two receiver in Arizona on offense that we have high opinions of and
03:26I think can continue to grow.
03:27So that is a player that I think really does help out some desperate teams and a guy that
03:33you can plug in right away.
03:37At 8% owned, it's Jalen Tolbert.
03:39This one, it feels like chasing with the Dallas Cowboys when he had the big game against Pittsburgh
03:44last week, but Brandon Cooks has been placed on the IR and 10 targets is tough to ignore.
03:49So this is one that I think if you are desperate, you can put him right away.
03:52If you have the luxury, I would still pick him up and stash him and just kind of hope
03:57that maybe you can scatter it a little bit and see what they actually do with him going
04:02forward.
04:03But I do think that he's okay talent-wise and that offense needs something, desperately.
04:09On the Kansas City side, I'm going Juju Smith-Schuster, 7% owned.
04:13Got a lot of work last week.
04:15That may have been a defensive game plan to try to take away whoever or whatever, but
04:18I mean, the defensive game plan didn't really work with the Saints last game.
04:23And yes, Kansas City is on a buy.
04:25So this is a stash.
04:27And even then, probably, and if you're desperate because we have seen this movie before, I
04:31just do think that with Rice going down with the injury and Xavier Worthy maybe not necessarily
04:37being the refined route runner that Kansas City needs at this moment, I think Juju is
04:43going to have a lot of options now in this passing game.
04:46Moving on to the running backs.
04:48At 31% owned, it is Justice Hill.
04:50He's getting 48% of the snaps.
04:53And the game against Washington, again, should be a shootout this week.
04:56And I understand, I kind of projected that last week, and we didn't necessarily hit the
05:01home run with it.
05:02So that is a little bit frustrating, for sure.
05:05But I still think that this is a player that has some value, especially for those who are
05:10a little bit desperate at running back.
05:12This one's a bit more of a stash because Minnesota is on a buy this week, but Ty Chandler
05:16at 28% owned.
05:17Aaron Jones a little bit banged up, and is kind of just perpetually banged up.
05:21So even if Jones is healthy, I do think we maybe see a little bit more of Ty Chandler
05:26in this offense.
05:27He's a good football player, he's not great, but I do think that he is talented enough
05:31that if he gets the reins, he could be a really big player for this team moving forward.
05:36Tank Bigsby at 24%.
05:38Plain and simple, he looks like the better running back in Jacksonville right now.
05:41He is not getting close to as many looks as ETN, but it is shrinking a little bit.
05:46And I think everyone is seeing that Bigsby right now is at least a viable option for
05:52Jacksonville, and I think that this is a number that is going to rock it up.
05:56This one's a bit more projection-y.
05:57Actually the next two are.
05:59Tyrone Tracy at 23% owned.
06:01After we did the show the other day, it came out that Singletary wasn't going to be in
06:04the lineup, and so Tracy took over, I guess.
06:09And I thought he looked pretty good.
06:11I thought that there was some real speed for him to the outside, I thought he ran it
06:14really hard.
06:15And, I mean, he is significantly younger than Singletary, and for a Giants team, for a Giants
06:23team that is going to look to the future, I would say, that is certainly more Tracy
06:30than it is Singletary.
06:31So I think that this is a guy who gets more and more as the season goes along.
06:37Now it could be a Chase Brown-Zack Ma situation, and we end up getting frustrated that the
06:42more talented back isn't getting the rock every week, or as often as we would like,
06:45but I do think that he is worth at least a speculative add in most leagues.
06:49And Jalen Wright at 8% owned.
06:51Again, Miami is on the buy, but with HN banged up last week, he and Mostert really started
06:56it was the only thing that was working for Miami, was running the ball against the New
07:00England Patriots, and they did it with some success, and Jalen Wright did, and he looked
07:04fine.
07:05And so I think as that offense goes, this is not a bad option to have in a Jalen Wright.
07:14But again, this is much more of a stash, because they're on a buy, and there's a chance when
07:18they come back a chance healthy, but if you have some depth and you have some standings
07:23wiggle room, I think that Jalen Wright is a player you can absolutely trust.
07:27At tight end, the only one that was really jumping out was Zach Ertz, 31% owned.
07:32He had 8 targets last week, only converted on a couple of them, but they're going up
07:37against the Ravens who have been giving up points to tight ends this year.
07:40And so I think Washington, again, this one screams shootout to me, so I think you can
07:46trust him with Jaden Daniels and helping them move the ball up the field against a Baltimore
07:52secondary that has been exposed at times this year.
07:55And on defense, I am surprised how many people dropped this defense on their buy week, but
08:00the L.A. Chargers against the Denver Broncos, that is one that you can pick up and probably
08:04roll with for a lot of the season, and feel really comfortable.
08:06It is a talented defense, it is a very, very good defense, and one that I think will help
08:11you out in fantasy.
08:13So I think there is a real, um, a real value in that ad this week.
