00:00ASSALAMU ALAIKUM.
00:01I'm a housewife.
00:03My question is, a woman who has been living with a man for 30-32 years, she feels the
00:12smallest of things, she builds a house, she does everything, and then she leaves her husband
00:20and gets involved with another woman, so shouldn't this law be passed, that instead of leaving
00:27her in a closed lane, instead of making her children mentally ill, she should be given
00:31the freedom of choice, because it's not necessary that every woman wants to go to another man.
00:36And she wants to live with her children, whereas the man wants to take away her children, he
00:40wants to defame her, and he wants to push her to the court.
00:44Whereas I myself see that in the court, there are a lot of such women, who don't get justice,
00:50who don't listen to their parents.
00:55My question is, a woman who has been living with her husband for 32 years, she takes care
00:59of her children, and then after a few years, she leaves her husband and marries another
01:03woman, so isn't it her duty to take care of her children?
01:09In Islam, it's a right, that if there's a divorce, why don't they argue over who's fault
01:17it was, the wife's fault or the husband's fault?
01:21I've never met anyone who said it was their fault.
01:25Very few people meet.
01:27So when there's a divorce, everyone blames each other.
01:31But you said that the children leave, no one takes care of the children.
01:37In Islam, even after a divorce, it's the husband's duty to take care of the children, until
01:43the children don't grow up.
01:45This is the basic ruling.
01:47There's no doubt about it.
01:50If a mother takes care of her children, then the husband should give his ex-wife a monthly
01:58expense to take care of the children.
02:00This is common.
02:02There's no doubt about it.
02:04So for this, you need a legal system.
02:06In Islam, it's very detailed.
02:10If you can't follow it here, go to Malaysia.
02:16There's a Sharia court in Malaysia.
02:19That's why when I got an offer from 15 countries,
02:23I used to come to Malaysia to give a speech, but I didn't know about it.
02:25I did a lot of research.
02:27In Malaysia, there are 63% Muslims,
02:29but there's a law, the Islamic law,
02:31there's a federal court,
02:33and an Islamic court.
02:35So in such cases,
02:37the solution is very simple.
02:39It's very just.
02:41So here too,
02:43in Islam, there are laws.
02:45What should be done, who should be given,
02:48it's all there.
02:50It's in Islam.
02:52It's not in Islam.
02:54If it's not here,
02:56then it's my fault.
02:58It's my fault.
03:00I think there should be a law
03:02in which if a woman is treated
03:04in a way that
03:06after a long time,
03:08she should be given a roof over her head.
03:10She should be protected.
03:12In Islam, there are laws.
03:14In Pakistan,
03:17if it's not being implemented,
03:19then what's my fault?
03:21Right?
03:23If you want to come and live in Malaysia,
03:25I'll make arrangements, Inshallah.
03:27That's why I chose Malaysia.
03:29That's why when Bhai Sahib asked,
03:31I said,
03:33the day I love Pakistan,
03:35the day I go to Pakistan,
03:37there will be 100% Islamic law in Malaysia.
03:39There's no country in the world
03:41where there's 100% Islamic law.
03:43There's less, there's more, there's economics,
03:45it's different. But overall,
03:47if you look at Malaysia's standards,
03:49overall, it's best
03:51in the full world, according to me.
03:53This is my opinion.
03:55That's why,
03:57after migrating, Mashallah,
03:59I went there.
04:01So, what should you do?
04:03Mashallah, there are so many great scholars in the world.
04:05You should go.
04:07There should be Sharia laws.
04:09There, even though
04:11there are non-Muslims,
04:1337% non-Muslims,
04:15even then, Mashallah,
04:17the protection of Islam
04:19is at a high level, Mashallah.
04:21So, you should
04:23talk to the scholars
04:25here.
04:27You understand, right? You should talk to them.
04:29In Islam, Mashallah,
04:31Islam has the solution for all
04:33the problems of humanity.
04:35In Islam, all the problems have a solution.
04:37We don't act on those problems.
04:39Sir, men have been permitted
04:41in the Qur'an that
04:43they can marry four times.
04:45They are under the misconception
04:47that they have been permitted.
04:49They are ready to do all kinds of injustice
04:51to a woman.
04:53They are ready to kill her right.
04:55And for her right,
04:57neither does the law do anything,
04:59nor does anyone make a law.
05:01A woman just rubs her shoes
05:03in the court.
05:05Or she goes to her parents' house
05:07and makes them mentally ill.
05:09A man should never
05:11violate a woman's right.
05:13Because people have left the Qur'an
05:15untouched.
05:17No one wants to hear a woman's complaint
05:19about where she goes
05:21with her young children.
05:23So, I request you not to do this.
05:25No one wants to hear this.
05:27I think it's a little too much.
05:29The governor listens. I'm listening too.
05:31I'm listening, right?
05:33I can't do anything. It's a different matter.
05:35No one can listen to this.
05:37No one.
05:39Most people don't listen.
05:41No one should say anything.
05:43Right or not?
05:45So, if a man is doing too much,
05:47don't do it either.
05:49So, for this,
05:51you should approach those people
05:53who are the governor
05:55and the other scholars.
05:57You should approach them and find a solution.
05:59There are laws in Islam.
06:01There are laws in Islam.
06:03I wish to meet the governor
06:05but after coming here,
06:07there is a problem.
06:09It's not easy to meet the governor.
06:11The governor
06:13sat with everyone for so many hours.
06:15I haven't seen a better governor.
06:19I'm talking about what I saw
06:21in four days.
06:23He didn't open the gate.
06:25So, I complained to him.
06:27He opened the gate himself.
06:29I didn't get
06:31permission to give a speech here.
06:33I didn't get permission.
06:39In Pakistan,
06:41they didn't give me
06:43permission to give a speech.
06:45So, the governor came.
06:47May Allah bless him.
06:49I'm speaking openly.
06:53He wanted me to give a speech
06:55for 2000 rupees.
06:571000, 2000.
06:59It's a shame.
07:0110 lakh.
07:03In Pakistan, it's 2000.
07:05Now, it's 50,000, 60,000, 80,000.
07:07It's a shame.
07:09It's a shame.
07:15They didn't want me to give a speech.
07:17Internal politics is right.
07:21So, you should
07:23go to the right person
07:25and give a speech.
07:27God willing,
07:29the government
07:31will also help you.
07:33And I hope that
07:35whatever difficulties are in Pakistan,
07:37may Allah solve them.
07:39I hope that
07:41the brothers and sisters of Pakistan
07:43follow the Qur'an and read it.
07:45And I hope
07:47that
07:49in Pakistan and in the whole world,
07:51the Shariah will be preserved.
07:55Pakistan!
