La presa política cubana María Cristina Garrido está siendo sometida a tortura psicológica, al igual que sus hijos, denunció su hermana Angélica Garrido en un video enviado a ADN Cuba.
Angélica calificó la visita como “la más triste de todas”. Dijo que a María Cristina le habían prometido un traslado a un campamento con permisos de salida y así podría estar en los quince de sus gemelos, pero no se cumplió.
María Cristina fue condenada a siete años de prisión y Angélica a tres años, pena que ya cumplió, siendo liberada el pasado 10 de julio de 2024, un día antes del tercer aniversario de las manifestaciones.
Durante su tiempo en prisión, ambas hermanas han sufrido represalias y acoso por parte del régimen.
