Tow trucks spotted in trendy Sheffield district as council paints more yellow lines

A video sent to The Star has shown tow trucks in the Neepsend area of Sheffield as the council finishes painting yellow lines. A spokesperson said it is "to maintain visibility, ensure vehicles can access streets and premises, and pedestrian movements are not blocked by parked vehicles."
