00:00I'm Chris Walker from McPhillips, I'm the director of the company, a Shropshire based company,
00:05and we're currently here in Newport in Shropshire. We're going to build 61 apartments and 15 bungalows
00:13for Best Nature and it's a retirement village for the local inhabitants.
00:20So I think this has been some two years now getting through planning and getting to site.
00:27It's about a two-year build, we're a local company using local labour
00:33and enhancing everything for the county. The village, the centre of the village,
00:37is a town, it's only a mile away, there's plenty going on. So we're breaking ground this week
00:45and we're on there for a two-year build, so yeah we'll be here for a bit
00:49and hopefully people will come down and see what we're doing.
