00:00They've changed the job titles around a bit in Downing Street, there's rumours there might be
00:05a reshuffle, they're changing priorities left, right and centre. It's a pretty chaotic situation,
00:10we're less than 100 days in and they're talking about a reset. I heard the phrase day one being
00:16used earlier this morning. They need to get a grip, they need to focus and they need to get
00:23their priorities right. Things like cutting the winter fuel payment, just a bad priority,
00:29the wrong choice to make. And some of these tax measures that they've talked about, like
00:34taxing non-DOMs and on private equity, it looks like those just wouldn't raise the money they
00:39said they would. And the plan to raise tax or put tax for the first time on education
00:46may well not raise nearly as much money as they say it could even end up being a net cost
00:50to the country. So they need to think carefully about these plans and put in place a sensible,
00:57realistic plan for what they're going to do.
