00:00Arrested is a Chinese man who was involved in the kidnapping of his countrywoman in Bulacan.

00:05Three Chinese and four Filipinos are being charged.

00:09This is based on my exclusive information.

00:15In the CCTV footage captured by the PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group,

00:20the two Chinese national men were seen in a motel in Bulacan on September 13.

00:26Along with them was another Chinese woman who was the kidnap victim, Uma Nuo.

00:31At the age of 30, the victim and a businessman are both high-ranking officials.

00:35According to the police, this encounter took place when the kidnap victim was taken out of the motel room by the suspects

00:41after his relative from China was able to send a ransom.

00:45According to our debriefing, we were able to get the work of our suspects.

00:53Three million pesos.

00:54The AKG immediately coordinated with the Highway Patrol Group Task Force Limbas

00:59to find the black luxury vehicle that was used to transport the victim, Uma Nuo,

01:05when he was returning home from Metro Manila.

01:07It was posted on the Facebook Marketplace for sale.

01:34the vehicle was blocked by the HPG patrol vehicle.

01:40A Chinese national was arrested and was given a .45-caliber gun.

01:46He was positively identified based on the picture and the description

01:50that was given to us by a kidnap victim.

01:54The luxury vehicle was towed by the HPG in the impounding area

01:58because of its questionable papers.
