00:46the former mayor and former congressman, Queenie Gonzalez, formally refused his candidacy earlier.

01:00they ran for the COMELEC-NCR office in San Juan City for the refusal of the Certificate of Candidacy.

03:13The first thing I did in the 19th Congress

03:17was to legitimize the 10 barangays in the 2nd District of Taguig

03:24that until now, I believe, have been existing as barangays for 16 years

03:32but they still don't have funding from the national government.

03:35They still don't have a share of the national tax allotment

03:38because the government still doesn't recognize that they are real barangays.

03:45Some of my files are already in the Senate

03:50and we're waiting for the action of the Senate.

04:02for congressmen here in Metro Manila.
