00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. was formally appointed as the new secretary of the Department of Interior and Local Government.
00:09Before he was sworn in, Governor John Vick Remulia was appointed as the new president.
00:15Remulia will replace former DILG Secretary Beno Ravalos,

00:26In a Facebook post, Remulia said that he is happy to accept the challenge to serve the country.
