00:00It's not just foreigners, but also Filipinos who are standing and running for the illegal FOGO.

00:12It's not just foreigners who were attacked by the authorities on the IGL or Internet Gaming Licensee in Pasay last week.

00:20Some Filipinos were also employed by the raided IGL because of the rumors of the SCAMFAR.

00:2862 out of more than 200 investigated by the authorities are Filipinos.

00:33Maybe they are regretting it, but they made a no-choice choice in their life.

00:38It's hard to die of hunger.

00:41But the reports are more worrying that there are Filipinos who are running their own illegal FOGO operations.

00:50According to the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission, PAUC.

00:53It's unfortunate that it came from the illegal scams and online scams, our so-called hoaxes.

01:02These Filipinos can learn, can save money, have a strong heart, network, connection, and they are the ones who will start.

01:13These are also being targeted as a total ban on FOGO at the end of the year.

01:19What's scary is the indigenous SCAMFAR that Filipinos are running.

01:24This is what we are seeing.

01:25There are some who are trying.

01:28The question is why?

01:30Because the money is too big.

01:32It's a different story.

01:33If we see that they're the ones who are perpetrating the scams, we will charge anybody who's responsible for it.

01:42We will not spare anybody.

01:44It's really the money motive.

01:46The money is probably too big.

01:49The government initiated a Task Force FOGO Closure in the leadership of the Department of Justice and PAUC.

01:55It aims to address the process of FOGO leasing to the country.

01:59According to the Bureau of Immigration,

02:0110,000 of the estimated 100,000 foreign FOGO workers applied for a downgrade of their 9G visa or pre-arranged employment visa.

02:12Until October 15 or next week, foreign FOGO workers will be allowed to downgrade their work visas.

02:19When October 16 arrives, these will be automatically cancelled.

02:24After October 15, the Bureau of Immigration will issue a cancellation order for all those who are left,

02:31who have not yet filed for the downgrading of their visas.

02:37They already have an order to leave, meaning they will be required to leave within a 59-day period.
