00:26Raffy Coney was formally appointed by President Bongbong Marcos as the new DILG Secretary, the former Cavite Governor John Vic Remulla.
00:37The President himself led Remulla's candidacy here in Malacanang.
00:42Remulla is accompanied by his family and his brother, Justice Secretary Boyeng Remulla.
00:48Remulla will replace Benher Abalos, who is also a candidate for Senator.
00:52Remulla did not give a statement in the media, but in his Facebook post, he said that he is accepting the challenge of the President to be a member of the DILG to help not only Cavite, but the entire Philippines.
