Sir Keir last week met the families of British hostages and those killed on October 7, and he said: “I sat with them as they told me about their loved ones. I will never forget their words.” The prime minister said Mandy Damari spoke about her love for her daughter Emily, adding: "She said, ‘My personal clock stopped at 10.24 on October 7, the moment when Emily sent a desperate unfinished message as Hamas attacked her kibbutz’. She is held captive today." Report by Covellm. Like us on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/itn and follow us on Twitter at http://twitter.com/itn

00:00Last week, I met the families of British hostages and those killed on 7 October. I sat with
00:08them as they told me about their loved ones. I will never forget their words. Mandy Damari
00:17spoke of her love for her daughter Emily. She said, and I quote,
00:23My personal clock stopped at 10.24 on 7 October, the moment when Emily sent a desperate, unfinished
00:33message as her mass attacked her kibbutz. She is still held captive today.
00:42We can hardly imagine what hostages like Emily are going through, nor what the families are
00:49going through. The agony, agony, day after day. So I say again, the hostages must be
00:58returned immediately and unconditionally. They will always be uppermost in our minds.
01:06And I pay tribute again to the families for their incredible dignity and determination.
