00:00Two lawsuits filed by authorities in Rizal, one of which is a suspect in rape of his own minor child, Denise Osorio, in the center of the news.

00:16A 42-year-old man, number 9 most wanted in Calabarzon, is facing three cases of qualified rape

00:24after being accused of rape of his own minor child within three years.

00:30The lawsuit was filed in 2019 and continued until 2023, where the victim was only 13 to 15 years old.

00:40He was arrested by Binangonan Municipal Police after filing a complaint against the victim's mother.

00:46It's been a long time since I filed a report.

00:50The problem is that sometimes I don't report.

00:58When it comes to rape cases, there's fear and limitation.
