00:00A driver in Quinta Rizal was hit by a passenger's car.

00:07He was able to get away from the driver because he didn't pay for it.

00:12The passengers were afraid of him because his movements and eyes were a bit twisted.

00:22So they were afraid that he would hold up.

00:26The passengers were afraid and they suddenly got off.

00:29The driver's eyes were twisted and he couldn't move.

00:34Luckily, the driver was in the victim's car.

00:36But he still had a wound on his arm.

00:39The suspect admitted that he was drunk when he got in the jeep.

00:56He admitted that he was the one who hit the driver because he didn't pay for the massage.

01:07But the police confiscated the bag that the suspect was carrying.

01:11Actually, the suspect is a known user.

01:15He's a known user who uses illegal drugs.

01:19This is the second time that the suspect was jailed.

01:22Before this, he was jailed in a case related to illegal drugs.

01:26But according to the suspect, he was jailed because he was the one who confessed his crime.

01:33He was supposed to be jailed but he was forgiven so he was just jailed.
