00:09In the released General Flood Advisory of Hope, some parts of Calabanzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas are affected.

00:22The flood warning is due to the expected rainfall of the Intertropical Convergence Zone and the Low Pressure Area.
00:29The LPA's last sighting was at 165 kilometers west-northwest of Coron, Palawan.
