00:00The General Flood Advisory is now in effect in some parts of the Ilocos Region,

00:09including Cordillera, Cagayan, Caraga Region, and Davao Region.

00:16the flood risk in the aforementioned areas is due to the expected rainfall

00:20caused by the international-name typhoon Kraton and Istilis.

00:24The General Flood Advisory will last until 6 p.m. later tonight.
