The Sweet Aunts (1975) | Comedy

Le Dolci Zie is a 1975 Italian commedia sexy all’italiana film written and directed by Mario Imperoli. The movie follows the story of young Libero, who loses his parents and is taken in by his disreputable atheist grandfather. However, the court decides that until he comes of age, Libero must be raised by his three unmarried aunts, who are known for their impeccable morals.

The aunts, played by Pascale Petit, Femi Benussi, and Marisa Merlini, are initially depicted as devout virgins and hypocrites, which contrasts with their grandfather’s anarchist and liberal views. As Libero adapts to his new life with the aunts, he discovers the joys of sex and becomes the object of affection for two of the aunts, who are younger and prettier.
