01:13It's interesting, I make up my own

01:15and I'm telling you, okay, this is gonna sound woo-woo

01:17and I'm not woo-woo,

01:19but when I was trying to sell my house for like,

01:21I would say a couple of years, I was on the market,

01:23this last house I was living in,

01:25until I started,

01:27because I started seeing this energy person

01:28and until she's told me like, you have to sing it.

01:32And I'm like, oh, I have like PTSD

01:34when I tried out for Chicago as Roxy,

01:37like I am tone deaf

01:39and it was like the worst fear of my life was doing this.

01:42Anyway, the point is,

01:43is like I never sang since that audition.

01:46And then I truly believe that if you do shout it out

01:49and like repeat it over and over again,

01:52my house sold right away.
