00:00Four workers of a fish farm in Pangulo, Ubando, Bulacan were found dead inside a fermentation pool.

00:08According to the police, it is possible that the four victims were suffocated to death after the chemicals leaked from the inside.

00:15Based on the investigation, it has been four years since the so-called farm did not operate,

00:19so the victims' families are thinking about why the fermentation pool needs to be cleaned.

00:25The police are now looking for a possible answer from its owner, especially since there are no safety gears for the victims to wear.

00:31Former Senator and now Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile was acquitted by the Sandigan Bayan in the Kasong Klonder case of Port Barrel Scam.

00:41His former Chief of Staff, Gigi Reyes, and Janet Lim-Napoles were also acquitted in the Kasong Klonder case.

00:47According to the Anti-Graft Court, it was not proven beyond reasonable doubt that Enrile and Reyes were accused of kickback and commission to the scam,

00:54which according to the allegation amounted to P172 million pesos.

00:58No witnesses said that they reached or transferred the money to Enrile.

01:03There is also no sufficient evidence in the required criminal cases to say that there is no doubt that Reyes was accused of splitting P46 million pesos as kickback.

01:15The prosecution also did not provide sufficient evidence to prove the accusation of giving kickback or commission to Enrile or Reyes.

01:23The court also said that documents were shown to prove that the beneficiaries received the funds from the PDAF.

01:30Based on the evidence, the prosecution did not prove in the Kasong Klonder case that according to the law, the ill-gotten wealth amounted to P50 million pesos for the Kasong Klonder case.

01:39Although according to the case of the defamation of Plunder, Sandigan Bayan presiding justice Amparo Cabotaje Tang,

01:45he said that in his dissenting opinion, Reyes should also be charged with five counts of bribery and five counts of corruption of public officials.

01:54After the special court dismissed the charge, Poles approached Enrile and shook hands.

01:59Poles also thanked those who supported him.

02:02Reyes, on the other hand, reached out to Enrile's lawyer, Atty. Estelito Mendoza.

02:07Despite the plunder, there are still cases of 15 counts of graft, including Enrile, Reyes, and Napoles.

02:15President Bombo Marcos will attend the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit and related events in Ventian, Laos next week.

02:21According to the Department of Foreign Affairs, the President's trip will be from October 8 to 11.
