00:00So here is the big secret with the turkey meatloaf, is I combine some ketchup, some
00:13apple cider vinegar, and some brown sugar.
00:16Just add some chopped onions, garlic, fresh parsley, dried thyme and oregano, some milk,
00:26some Dijon mustard.
00:27I'm going in with some Bragg's, so this is just a seasoning.
00:30You know what would work really well instead of it is Worcestershire sauce, some bread
00:34crumbs and a couple of eggs.
00:36Just mix it all together with your hands.
00:38And I'm not even using a loaf pan, I'm going to put it straight on a parchment-lined baking
00:43sheet.
00:44So I'm going to put half of this sauce on top now, and then about halfway through in
00:4920 minutes, I'm going to spread the rest of it on there.
