13:45if he is mentally stable

13:49Do you know how big a crime this is?
13:51Repent.
13:53Otherwise, in the fourth step,
13:55a judicial case will be filed against you
13:57and you will be punished.
14:00Even if someone is very stubborn,
14:02he will repent in the third step.
14:04No one has to go to the fourth step.
14:06But even the first step is not decided.
