00:00Alice Goh is facing a new complaint

00:04because of the counter affidavit she signed before she went abroad.

00:10The lawyer who became a notary and four others were also affected by the assault.

00:15Salima Refran was also affected.

00:21I signed the last page of the document.

00:25I signed it before I left.

00:27July 1st week.

00:29Under oath, Ms. Bamban Mayor Alice Goh admitted to the Senators

00:34that she signed the signature page of her counter affidavit before she left the country.

00:39But according to the investigation of the Task Force Goh of the National Bureau of Investigation,

00:44The signature is not a signature of Ms. Alice Goh.

00:48It was proven that the sample signatures appearing on all those documents

00:54as compared to the supposed signature appearing on the counter affidavit

00:59were actually not written by one and the same person.

01:02So basically what this actually means is that

01:04the signature on the counter affidavit is different.

01:09It is not known who signed it, but it is clear that the document is falsified.

01:15It is irregular.

01:16The affidavit should be signed in the presence of the notary public.

01:23Based on these confessions and evidence,

01:26Ms. Goh is facing charges of perjury, obstruction of justice,

01:31falsification by a notary public, and use of falsified document.

01:35Attorney Elmer Galicia, who is a notary in the document,

01:40as well as Ms. Goh's henchmen, Kat Salazar,

01:43who was the body double of the former mayor,

01:45and another staff member, Geraldine Pipito,

01:48as well as the secretary of Suhal Pangasinan Mayor Liceldo Calugay, Sheryl Medina,

01:53and one of her henchmen who talked to Attorney Galicia.

01:58Galicia was also convicted of the disbarment case of the NBI in the Supreme Court.

02:03To our fellow lawyers, we should obey the law.

02:08And if you are caught doing something, it will be dealt with severely.

02:13These complaints were added to the legal cases that Ms. Goh is facing.

02:16However, the complaints will go through the evaluation of the National Prosecution Service

02:21before being sent to the Preliminary Investigation.

02:24Meanwhile, the investigation of Ms. Goh continues,

02:28as well as the allegations that she is a Chinese spy.
