00:00Some re-electionists and former senators were among the candidates on the second day of the filing of the COC. Here is my report.

00:13Victoriano Inte was the first to run for the Senate. He was the first to file the COC as a senator today.

00:19Next to him today is the re-electionist, Senator Aimee Marcos, accompanied by her mother, former First Lady Imelda Marcos.

00:27She announced that she is now independent, but the party she ran for the COC is a nationalist party.

00:33The target of former Senate President Tito Soto and former Senator Ping Laxon also returned to the Senate.

00:39At the same time, Senator Lito Lapid, who also filed the COC, also arrived.

00:44Eric Negapatan, who introduced him as an engineer and building contractor, also wanted to be one of the 12 slots of the Senate.

01:3411 party lists have been nominated for the Certificate of Nomination and Certificate of Acceptance of Nomination.

01:42At present, there are 26 party lists that have been filed.

01:49The Certificate of Candidacy was signed by Kerwin Espinosa, who was convicted by former President Duterte of illegal drugs.

01:58He ran as the mayor of Albuera, Leyte.

02:01His father, Rolando Espinosa, once arrested him.

02:05Espinosa was released on conspiracy to commit illegal drug trading and other drug cases in courts in Makati and Baybay City, Leyte.

02:16But this February, the Court of Appeals ordered the resumption of the case related to illegal possession of dangerous drugs and illegal possession of firearms.

02:26He also has a case against anti-money laundering law in Pasay Regional Trial Court.
