00:00I handle the dogs as part of the Guide Dogs Therapy Dog Program and I bring them into
00:12the local police stations with the permission of the commanders, we walk around and people
00:17get to swivel away on their chairs from their computers, they get to pet the dogs and the
00:21people feel happy.
00:22The dogs love it as well, they get treats and it makes me feel happy as well.
00:28The police love it, they'll see us walk in and they'll go, hi doggies here and you can
00:35see them get happy and they're happy just to pet the dogs for a while and if I haven't
00:41been to a police station for a couple of weeks they'll go, we haven't seen you for a while
00:45and also it's really nice when the police will say to me, once they've petted the dog
00:51they'll say, oh that's just made my day.
