00:04I'm sure it was interesting for you to come off of a loss and to turn things around that
00:09quickly over the course of a week.
00:11Is that precisely the attitude and the direction that you expected the team to take coming
00:18off the loss and then turning things around so quickly?
00:20Honestly, yeah.
00:21I mean, I feel like, you know, after last week, I think, and one, I just think our culture
00:28that we have this year is just night and day from, I think, what it was last year.
00:33And our expectations and our chemistry is just so much better than what it was.
00:39And I think we all knew in the locker room that it just wasn't a game that we wanted
00:44to have again, you know, against Indianapolis and, you know, we wanted to come out and put
00:48our best foot forward, man.
00:49And I feel like, you know, from all three phases, we showed some really good things
00:53and was able to kind of play some complimentary football, you know, and I feel like that was
00:58really the first time we've seen that this year.
01:00We've seen, you know, how good that can be, truly.
01:04How is the culture that much better that you describe it as night and day?
01:09Why and how is it better?
01:11Yeah, I mean, I think for me, you know, I think it starts with just the people that
01:17are in the building, right?
01:18I think anyone who comes into, that I've learned, that comes into the organization, one, they're
01:23great football players, but two, they're great people, man.
01:26And anytime you can get to go to work with people who love what they do, and also care
01:31for the person next to you, you know, that's, that's rare in this business.
01:35It really is, man.
01:36And I think we got a really special thing from that sense going and it starts with kind
01:41of what we do throughout the week and how we practice and how we, you know, detail in
01:45meetings and kind of what the expectation is from player to coach and coach to player.
01:49And those things are, you know, they always continue to grow and build.
01:53I feel like we do such a good job of that week in and week out, we do.
