00:00Take a moment now to find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down.
00:13Gently close your eyes and begin to slow your breath.
00:31Take a deep inhale through your nose and a long exhale through your mouth.
00:38Feel your body begin to relax with each breath you take.
00:43Now, shift your attention to your heart.
01:03Inhale deeply into your heart center, and as you exhale, release any tension or stress from your body.
01:13With each breath, feel yourself becoming more present, more centered.
01:43Now, bring your awareness to the space around your body.
01:56Feel the energy, the space around you.
02:15Can you sense the stillness, the infinite potential in this space?
02:27Allow your breath to flow naturally, effortlessly.
02:44As you breathe in, imagine you're drawing in light, and as you exhale, imagine you're releasing any negativity.
03:00Continue this rhythm as you become more aware of the present moment.
