00:21Hi, I am Sameer Agarwal. I am the founder of Rabfin.
00:24So, Rabfin, you guys are into financial. Is it financial even for the personal vehicles or just for the commercial vehicles?
00:33We finance electric vehicles, commercial electric vehicles only.
00:36We really believe that we should finance vehicles that generate income for the drivers.
00:41So, the focus is clearly on electric vehicles for commercial use.
00:46This includes 2 wheelers, 3 wheelers and 4 wheelers.
00:49So, primarily focused on intra-city commercial electric vehicles.
00:53So, right now you have introduced the Jagrati Yatra 3 4 wheeler.
00:57So, right now the third leg is in Bangalore.
01:00So, what's the next step and what's your future plan of that?
01:04I think Jagrati Yatra is a very important campaign for us.
01:08We really want last mile mobility in India to convert to 100% electric in the next 2-3 years.
01:14That's the sort of mission behind Jagrati Yatra.
01:17We did the first Jagrati Yatra in Lucknow in UP, then Indore, Madhya Pradesh, now in Bangalore in Karnataka.
01:22Then we will move to Delhi and after that we will move to Jammu Kashmir and then Bihar.
01:29So, what is your future focus regarding your partnership with the Sun Mobility Express?
01:35I think it's very interesting that now in the last mile mobility space, the demand for swapping is increasing significantly.
01:42A swapping provider like Sun Mobility provides energy service to vehicles that we finance.
01:47So, we are able to only then finance the vehicle without the battery.
01:50This takes away range anxiety completely.
01:53It takes away issues with charging, charging times as well.
01:59So, a driver is now able to go to a swapping station and swap their battery in a matter of seconds.
02:05And Sun Mobility has a huge network in Delhi and Bangalore through which a lot of drivers can swap vehicles.
02:10So, I think for us this is a very strategic partnership where we can put hundreds and thousands of vehicles
02:15on the roads for last mile deliveries through a swapping partner like Sun Mobility.
02:21So, currently there are two genders we have, male workers and female workers.
02:30So, Rafin is focused on the female side, I mean female drivers who want to develop their own.
02:37So, 25% of our retail customers are women.
02:41Obviously, these women own the assets that we finance and a lot of them also drive the vehicles.
02:47Not all of them drive the vehicles but a lot of them do drive the vehicles.
02:49I think there has been a significant shift that we have seen because traditionally women across the world don't drive commercial vehicles.
02:58But we are actually seeing a huge shift happening in India and especially small towns in India
03:02where women are now driving three wheelers to earn a livelihood.
