Delhi: Singer-actor Guru Randhawa's upcoming movie 'Shahkot' sparked controversy for its perceived support of Pakistan, leading to the burning of its posters in various locations across Punjab. Guru Randhawa says, "I want to say that if we support cinema then cinema will grow and I am doing a Punjabi film with a big heart and sincere efforts. This is my first Punjabi film. So I just want to say to all the Punjabis who are listening to and watching me, please support the film so that we can make better cinema in the coming times......I think whatever misconception people have will be corrected after watching the film"
