00:00Ladies and gentlemen, the typhoon Hulyan is still raging in many provinces in Northern Luzon.

00:05Aside from the typhoon Hulyan, the typhoon Jebi is also being closely monitored outside the country.

00:11The weather update, let's find out from Pagasaw Weather Forecaster, Glyza Escullar.

00:16Good morning, Ma'am Glyza.

00:18Good morning also, Sir Audrey, for the weather update.

00:22The typhoon Hulyan is our last to pass.

00:28It is now here in the coastal waters of Balintang Island, Calayan, in Cagayan.

00:33The strong wind is 155 kmph, close to the middle, and the typhoon reaches 190 kmph.

00:40The typhoon is moving slowly, at a speed of 10 kmph.

00:46The wind signal No. 4 in Batanes is high, along with the northern portion of Babuyan Island,

00:52or the islands of Babuyan Island and Talayan Islands.

00:57The wind signal No. 3 is in the northern part of Babuyan Island, and the northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan.

01:06The wind signal No. 2 is in the northern part of mainland Cagayan, Apayao and Ilocos Norte.

01:11The wind signal No. 1 is in Ilocos Hula Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mountain Province,

01:19Nueva Vizcaya, Querino, Aurora, northern and eastern portion of Nueva Ecija,

01:26specifically Kuya Por, Rizal, Laur, Pantabangan, Sayan, Situp Monyos, Gabaldon, Karanglan,

01:31San Jose City, Lupau, Talugtog, Bungabon, Lanera, Talavera, Palayan City, Generalan, Mamerto, Nectividad,

01:39and the islands of Polilio.

01:43Meanwhile, some parts of our country, such as Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Oriental Mindoro,

01:51Occidental Mindoro, Marinduque, Camarines Norte, Camarines Surat, and the northern part of Central Zon,

01:56the sky will be cloudy, there will be heavy rain and thunderstorms.

02:01The northern part of our country will be cloudy only, and possibly there will be heavy rain.

02:07This is the latest from the Weather Forecasting Center of Pagasay, this is Glyza Escoliar reporting.

02:13Okay, Ma'am Glyza, just a question,

02:15until when will we feel the effects of the thunderstorms in the northern part of Luzon?

02:21We are hoping that until Wednesday, we will experience heavy rain and thunderstorms here in Batanes.

02:29But for the majority of the northern part of Luzon,

02:32they will feel the thunderstorms on Tuesday.
