00:00Braylon Allen or Zemir White?
00:05I lean Braylon Allen.
00:08Thoughts from you?
00:09Yeah.
00:10I mean, I'm leaning right there with you.
00:12And the extra consensus of fantasy pros is as well in the ranks.
00:16Allen's ranked at 31st, Zemir is a couple of spots below him, and I think with good
00:20reason too.
00:21I see stacked boxes in his future today.
00:24No Devante Adams.
00:25So it's going to be a lot of Jacoby Myers, a lot of Brock Bowers, and a lot of questions
00:28of Gartner Minshew being able to function in this offense.
00:33You know, Minshew, we all thought was, all right, well, it's kind of the boring, whatever
00:36we can get by with Gartner Minshew.
00:37He's an improvement over Aiden O'Connell.
00:39But now I think there's questions whether or not that is the case.
00:42The Raiders looked awful last week.
00:45And Braylon Allen, I think, is in a situation here where it's a 22nd ranked rush defense
00:50of the Denver Broncos.
00:52You're going to have Garrett Wilson most likely not, you know, be necessarily running up the
00:57flagpole, putting up amazing stats today.
01:00And if you look at the usage here for Braylon Allen, it's really interesting.
01:0411 carries last week, 55 yards, three catches for 13 yards.
01:10So he's being used quite a bit.
01:13Now that's probably very frustrating for the Breeze Hall managers out there.
01:16I get that.
01:18But if you're looking for a flex play this week at the RB position or a deeper league
01:21RB too, I'd rather be starting Braylon Allen.
01:23I think he has some touchdown equity.
01:24He scored two touchdowns.
01:25He came both in the same game against Tennessee.
01:28But I think what you're seeing is the Jets feel like they have something in the youngest
01:31player in the league.
01:32He's just 20 years old.
01:33He's the youngest running back and the youngest player in the league.
01:36And he's got matchups coming up against Denver, then Minnesota, Buffalo, Pittsburgh.
01:41So some tough matchups coming up.
01:44Today's matchup is favorable.
01:46So if you have Braylon Allen, this is the time to start him.
01:49And then, you know, if you want to dangle him out there with the upcoming matchups ahead
01:54to the Breeze Hall manager in your league, that might be an interesting spin.
01:58But Braylon Allen, for me, I think is a guy that I want to start over Zemir White this
02:01particular week.
02:02All right, let's keep that form of thinking going as we talk wide receivers now.
02:07The Kansas City Chiefs are at the Chargers and Miami against Tennessee.
02:12So it's going to be Xavier Worthy for Kansas City or Jalen Waddell for Miami.
02:16I think a lot of people have given up on Jalen Waddell.
02:18I haven't.
02:19But today it'll be Xavier Worthy just because we were talking about the fact of who's throwing
02:23the football matters in this discussion, Joe.
02:26Yeah, I'm not ready to give up on Jalen Waddell either.
02:29He would be another big buy low for me.
02:32Tyler Huntley is going to be playing quarterback today, not Skyler Thompson.
02:35I think that's a good thing.
02:36Tyler Huntley is a pretty decent backup quarterback.
02:39While he was floating around there, I don't know why the Dolphins didn't have a better
02:43backup quarterback situation, knowing the history of Tua's concussions and the potential
02:48for him missing time is simply mind-blowing.
02:52I don't know.
02:53That is such a deficit and just an awful job by the front office there to not be insured
03:00properly for that potential missed time of Tua.
03:03And then they were scrambling around, and I think they might have gotten lucky here
03:06with Huntley.
03:07Huntley, whenever he was called upon to replace Lamar Jackson, he, I think, performed pretty
03:12darn well.
03:14Now, it's a new playbook.
03:15It's a new situation.
03:16The news is he's picked things up very well.
03:18But you have Tyreek Hill.
03:19You have Jalen Waddell.
03:20You have some pieces to work with.
03:21I think this particular week, Xavier Worthy is the safer play.
03:25So let's say you're playing against C.D. Lamb this week, and you're already behind.
03:29Maybe play Worthy and just try to take your points.
03:31And you hope that Waddell starts to make some improvements here.
03:35It's not his fault.
03:36It's the quarterback play.
03:38So if the quarterback play improves, hopefully Waddell will be better.
03:42I think both are startable today.
03:43I think Worthy is the safer go.
03:45But Waddell would be an asset that I would absolutely be looking to trade for right now.
03:49Even if it doesn't look good this week, even more reason to go and be aggressive on him
03:53next week.
03:54Because I do believe that talent is still there.
03:56They paid Jalen Waddell.
03:58Waddell's going to work.
04:00It's just a matter of, can the quarterback play support him?
04:03And so far, it has not in 2024.
