00:05and it's unbelievable, but I'm going to not tell you that just yet. I'm going to tease you with that in a bit, okay?

00:10But right, so in a minute we're going to get a photograph of everybody down the front window to do the warm-up.

00:15But first of all, I'd like to bring over two people who are going to talk to us first of all

00:20about their own personal experience here at Compton Care.

00:23This is the lovely Penny and Ben Nuttall. Can we give them a round of applause, everybody?

00:29Because they're going to talk about their grandad who passed away five years ago today.

00:35And they're going to talk about their experience and what actually happened here at Compton

00:39and the reason why we're all here today.
