00:56Well, given you are here at the Hendrix Gin Hub at Bambalam, I wanted to give you a sneak preview of the cocktail that you'll be able to try here.
01:04Now, this is a summery drink, so we are channelling and manifesting sunshine for the rest of the weekend.

01:13So it's a Hendrix Gin drink. It's topped with sparkling wine.
01:18You're going to get real elderflower, summer, lemon flavours coming through.

01:42You've got two UK top 50 cocktail bars in your midst, really talented bartenders.
01:47But it's also quite a walkable city, and I don't think if you're from outside of the city you necessarily see that.
01:52And that's something I love showing people through festivals like this, is that you actually can get around.
