Mahkota polls: EC tells voters to come out as early as possible to cast ballots

The Election Commission has urged voters in the Mahkota by-election in Johor to come out and cast their ballots as early as possible as weather forecast say there will be rainfall in the afternoon. The voter turnout was at 29.08% as of noon.
