01:25I use it a ton and the speech it generates is so good that it's very difficult to tell
01:30that it's not a regular human being speaking.

01:35All you do is click right here on get started for free on the homepage and then just choose
01:43the email that you want to use for your account and boom, you're logged in easy.
01:47And by the way, I don't get paid anything to promote 11Labs or any of the tools in this

03:35Most of the world's population doesn't even see 90% of the YouTube videos that are out
03:39there that are in English.
03:40On top of that, only 25% of the searches made online are actually made in English.
03:47That's why it makes so much sense to do this Google Translate side hustle, translating
03:51YouTube videos into all the languages of the world.
03:54Now the problem is, most YouTubers just do not have the time to translate all their videos
04:01into another language.
04:03They're too busy making videos.

04:27Now the first thing that I want you to do is do a practice run on just any English YouTube
04:32video that's out there.
04:33It doesn't matter which one.
04:34We're just going to do one as a sample so you can see how this works.
04:37What you're going to do is you're going to grab that YouTube channel, and for the sake
04:40of this video, we're just going to do a MrBeast video, Seven Days Stranded in a Cave.
04:45What I'm going to do is I'm just going to copy the address of that.
04:48Then we're going to go over to ChatGPT, and we're going to click on this link on the left,
04:52Video Summarizer, which is a custom version of ChatGPT that summarizes YouTube videos.
04:58Then all we have to do is right-click and paste in the address to that YouTube video.
05:06We're going to say, write me a transcription of this video.
05:11As you can see, it is going to actually transcribe the entire video for us word for word.
05:19Every word that is spoken in this YouTube video is going to appear right here in the
05:25ChatGPT screen.
05:26It's only going to take a couple minutes to complete it, which I'm not going to make you
05:29sit here and watch the whole thing.
05:31Then what you're going to do is you're going to copy this entire text of this transcript.
05:37I'm just going to copy just a part of it just to show you how this works.
05:40Then you're going to go over to Google Translate, and you're going to paste that text in.
05:47On the left-hand side, you'll see the English transcript that ChatGPT made.
05:52Then on the right-hand side, you are going to choose what language you want this transcript
05:59to be translated into.
06:01For the sake of this video, I'm doing Spanish.
06:03Then what you do is, again, you highlight and copy this entire text here of the new
06:11language that you translated it into.
06:14Then you're going to go over to that 11Labs account that you just created, and you're
06:20going to paste the foreign language text into the 11Labs box.
06:26You want to make sure that the box that you're pasting it into says text to speech.
06:30You can see how it says text to speech right there.
06:32Then you click Generate Speech, and it's going to take a few minutes, and it's going to actually
06:36generate a human-sounding voice that's speaking the entire script of the English YouTube video.
06:43Now it's going to be in a foreign language.
06:46Like I said before, 11Labs does an amazing job, and you almost can't even tell that it's
06:51not a human being.
06:52Sometimes there's a few little indicators that it's not a human being, but it's so realistic,
06:57you'll be amazed when you try it.
06:59It's going to take some copying and pasting back and forth, because you're probably going
07:02to have to do it in chunks, but with some patience, you can actually create an entire
07:07audio file that is in a foreign language that matches the YouTube video that was in English.
07:14Then all you have to do is put those two files together using some software called CapCut,
07:20which is a free software.
07:21You just put the audio file in, and then you just have to do a little cutting to match
07:26up the audio with the video to make sure everything matches, and then you upload it
07:30to a new channel for that YouTube video owner.
07:35They're going to be amazed.
07:36You can even do them a free sample so that they can see the quality of your work.
07:40Now, you might look at this process and say, that looks extremely overwhelming.
07:44I don't know how to use CapCut.
07:45I don't know how to do video editing.
07:46I don't want to be pasting back and forth hundreds of times for an entire YouTube channel.

10:38model is that you're going to have to continually hustle and contact new YouTube channel owners
10:44in order to keep getting paid.
10:45Obviously, you're going to have to have a continual supply of new clients if you want
10:50to keep the income coming in.
10:51If you stop pursuing YouTube channels and promoting your services to them, then you're
10:55going to not have any more income on this side hustle.

11:53Let's say you do want to do the side hustle, you do want to pursue YouTube channels and
11:57make this a full-time income for yourself.
12:00Here's a trick to identify which channels are perfect to pursue for this translation
12:06service.
12:07There's a website called Channel Crawler, and what Channel Crawler is going to do is
12:11help you identify channels that are just getting started.
12:17Smaller size channels are perfect for this translation service.
12:20What you do is you go to Channel Crawler and you want to choose a low enough subscriber
12:26account here.
12:27Let's try 2,000 because we know if they've got 2,000 subscribers, these channels have
12:33probably gotten started within a year or two, and they're still pushing out content hard.
12:37They're trying to grow, but they're not so big yet that you can't even get the time of
12:42day from them.
12:43It's probably going to be pretty easy to get a direct response from the channel owner.
12:47Once you've added these filters, you can choose filters like category and country and language.
12:53Then you just click on See Results at the bottom.
12:57Once that loads, you're going to see a whole list of YouTube channels that are ideal for
13:02you to work with, and then you can just reach out with each of those content creators.
13:07You're probably saying, how do I reach out to them?
13:09How do I know who's in charge of this YouTube channel?
13:11What you do is you go over to the YouTube channel that you want to contact and click
13:17on the More link right here under the YouTube channel name.
13:22Then you're going to scroll down and click on the section next to the email icon that
13:27you see right there.
13:28It's going to give you a little capture probably, go through the capture, and then it's going
13:33to show you what their email address is.
13:36When you email them, you're going to pitch them on your translation services, and you're
13:39going to want to explain how it would benefit them.
13:43Explain what I just showed you about how most of the world does not speak English, and even
13:47most of YouTubers don't speak English.
13:50Most of searchers on the internet don't speak English, and they have a whole market they
13:53could expand their YouTube channel into if they hire you to translate their channel.
13:59You could even do a free sample for them so they can see how good your work is.
14:04Again, it's only going to take you a few clicks with rafts.ai, and you can even use ChatGPT
14:08to prompt a sales email for you to send to them if you're not quite sure what to say
14:12to them.
14:13Now, another thing that you can do when you contact these channel owners is you can explain
14:17to them some important facts about really big YouTubers that have already done the same
14:21thing.
14:22Obviously, the first one is the one we already talked about, MrBeast.
14:26He was the initial one, probably the biggest one, that first duplicated his entire channel
14:31into different languages.
14:33For example, his Spanish YouTube channel, and you can tell these channel owners this.
14:37They'll be really impressed when they see all these facts that MrBeast's Spanish language
14:43channel had over 26 million subscribers and generated him up to $80,000 per month.
14:52That's without any additional work on his part except for just translating the channel
14:55into a different language.
14:56He's done this for a dozen different languages to multiply his income.
15:00Now, it's important to mention this to these channel owners when you're pursuing them to
15:05translate their channel because then that helps them to see that the money that they
15:09give you to translate their channel is going to be an investment into their future income.
15:14Actually, they don't have to do any work.
15:17All they have to do is pay you a little bit of money, and they can make exponentially
15:21more by expanding their viewership out into other languages.
15:25The next YouTube channel that you could show them is called Bright Side.
15:29You can see that they have over 44 million subscribers on their English channel, but
15:34if you look at their Spanish channel, they have over 31 million subscribers, and it has
15:40generated an additional $50,000 to $100,000 per month in this past year alone.
15:47Check out this example of this channel called Animal Wise.
15:51Their English channel has 596,000 subscribers, but their Italian channel, which is called
15:57Animalpedia, has over 296,000 subscribers, and this Italian channel has generated an
16:05additional $46,000 in revenue in just seven years.
16:11Now, if you present these facts to these YouTube channel owners, they're going to be amazed
16:17at how much additional money they can make just by giving you a little bit of money to
16:22translate their channel.
