00:00PBA player John Amores and his brother, Kapwa, are being charged with shooting at their basketball teammate while they were free.

00:10They pleaded guilty after they dropped the charges of attempted homicide.

00:15He was charged with attempted homicide with the recommended bail for John Anthony, P24,000.

00:28The recommended bail for his brother, John Rent, is P10,000.

00:33This is the appreciation of the fiscal office.

00:37Despite that, there is still strong evidence of the CCTV footage and the witnesses' testimony.

00:46There were also recovers in the crime scene who were shot with different types of bullets.

00:51John Amores tested negative for the paraffin test.

00:55But according to the police,

00:57this does not prove that he did not shoot.

01:01There are different factors as to why he did not shoot.

01:08There is no presence of John powder nitrate in his hands.

01:12The arraignment and pre-trial of the case was scheduled for December 4.

01:17Two hundred families in Josefina Street, Barangay 120, Caloocan City,

01:23lost their homes because of the fire.

01:26According to the BFP Caloocan,

01:28the houses were covered with light materials.

01:32The fire was known and the value of the property was also known.

01:36No one was hurt.

01:37Meanwhile, the burnt houses are being investigated in the covered court.
