00:00All right, Zeno. Elsewhere in the SEC, Ole Miss is on the up
00:07and up to start this year. One of three teams around the
00:10country booked as a favorite in all four games that has covered
00:14the number as the favorite side in all four. Seventeen and a
00:18half points spread in Oxford in favor of the running rebs.
00:21Total at 53 and a half. We saw Kentucky give Georgia a test at
00:25home two weeks ago. How competitive do you expect this
00:29game to be on Saturday in Oxford? I would only play this
00:34game with Kentucky in the first half. I take the points in the
00:39first half because look, it's pretty obvious at this point. If
00:44Kentucky isn't close early, they're not going to be close
00:47late. Why? Because their offense can't play catch up. There's a
00:50reason why Brock Vandergriff couldn't start at Georgia
00:52because what I've seen of him so far, it's not that impressive.
00:55It doesn't look that good. I know Ole Miss is one and six
00:58against the number as a conference home chalk of more
01:00than ten points and one and six ATS versus SEC opponents with
01:04where they have a case of triple revenge. Look at the way the
01:07series has gone here. Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops has been
01:10an excellent dog coach. Seventeen and five against the
01:13number with a 500 or greater record against an undefeated
01:17foe, including 11 and 0 ATS against an opponent who has a
01:21straight up an ATS win like Ole Miss did. So, this is a really
01:25good spot for Kentucky but again, if their defense can't
01:28keep them in this game early, it's not going to happen late.
01:32My fear is that if somehow, you know, Ole Miss gets two quick
01:35strikes and goes up 14 nothing. Guess what? Kentucky's run game
01:38is out the window. Their game plan is out the window. They're
01:40going to be chasing the entire time and you're giving a huge
01:43advantage to the Ole Miss defense because I don't think
01:45Brock Vandergriff is good enough to throw them back in the game
01:48at this point in time. So, I would shorten my stress, take
01:53Kentucky in the first half and just hope that they're leading
01:56by then and Kentucky doesn't pull away. I mean, Ole Miss
01:58doesn't pull away because I think there is a game script
02:00where Kentucky keep this within seven within the first half and
02:04then Ole Miss just pulls away late because there's just too
02:06much firepower.
